“We had water get into our basement and called Gray Solutions to come take a look. They were easy to deal with, explained what they found, and got started without making the whole situation feel more stressful than it already was. The crew worked hard, kept things pretty clean, and stayed in touch throughout the job. Everything went smoothly and Id use them again.”

“contact Josue of Jeremy Waterproofing who, it turns out, was out of the country and not available during the time I was trying to call him. I learned upon his return that he had, in fact, installed the valve and I regret posting a review saying otherwise. Josue was responsive and his price was far lower than that of a prominent company who frequently advertises TV.”

“After a freeze flooded our apartment and garage, our insurance agent referred us to Sycamore Foundation, even before the agent could see the damage. Meredith responded the next day to assess the situation. It was way more extensive than we had expected. Ceilings, flooring, drywall, and broken plumbing had to be removed quickly so the building could dry before mold grew. It was the first disaster of this magnitude we had ever experienced. Meredith helped us understand how the salvage and restoration process would work. He began immediately and reassured us. More importantly, Meredith anticipated how the insurance company would respond and he gave us good advice. He worked long hours and remained in frequent communication until the building was completely restored. We are grateful to Meredith and his team, and the contractors that he recommended and coordinated for the restoration.”
