“The crew from AFS were fantastic! Russell, Angel, Carman were great, they took the time to explain what they would be doing and how. Chris (foreman) stopped by to help and make sure we were happy with the progress and work being performed. We had AFS to level our kitchen floor in our 1931 bungalow that sagged over the years, now the floor is level and ready for the remodel. They made the recommendation to install two beams and I'm so glad we did. Floor is perfectly level.”

“3 bathroom faucets installed did a great job would recommend them”

“honest and did not try to upsell in addition using layman's terms to describe the potential solutions/work the company could do to mitigate our leaky basement and wall bowing. A little less than a month after signing the contract, Reuben and his crew got the job (wall anchors for wall reinforcement, front drainage/downspouts, and complete basement waterproofing) done in 4 days- even with an unexpected snow! They worked tirelessly and Reuben is an excellent communicator and leader. I always knew his team's arrival and departure times as well as the work they completed each day. KCS was a pleasure to do business with and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again in the future!”
