“Just had our crawl space encapsulated and 2 walls water drainage installed, we got 3 estimates and all 3 were in the same price range, we chose afs for 2 reasons, 1 they have great reviews and most importantly Davis our inspector was the most thorough of all 3 companies and I didn't feel pressured to sign a contract. The day of the job Jackson the foreman called me with there arrival time, and both days showed up on time, both Jackson and Jake completed the job on time, they were extremely respectful, professional and courteous and we are extremely satisfied with the quality of work done to our crawl space. Thank you afs, if we need any future work we will definitely use afs.”

“We wanted to have hardwood flooring installed in three bedrooms and had purchased the same product that was used many years ago in the adjacent hallway. Ken's estimate was comparable to one we obtained and less than the other. He gave us an approximate start date, responded promptly to our questions, and kept us informed about what to expect and when. Like Ken, his crew was professional and anxious to perform the job to our satisfaction. We are pleased with their work and would hire them again.”
