“Today I had my basement waterproof. It went extremely well! The guys arrived as scheduled promptly and ready to work. They took care of my basement as if it was their own. My furniture was covered, and they cleaned up to the point that I did not have much to clean. This is the epitome of customer service.Megan, thank you for our initial phone conversation regarding the water proofing process. Your voice was very pleasant and you were quite knowledgeable.Polo, thank you for coming out in the beginning and talking to me about the work and taking pictures to assess the work.
