Keith R. says, “lawn starter was very good with communication and scheduling. the service provider was on time as well. my issue is that even though I provided pictures of the yard prior to making the appointment it was not until afterwards I was charged 50 percent more than my estimate. this could have be3n discussed also once thw service provider arrived however he just went about the business of servicing the yard and even after d8d not mention the additional charge. and for the additional amount charged the work provided could have been better. the provider put large weeds in the county trash can without any bags and the large weeds in the back were not cut down even with the grass in areas as well. the job was not done poorly but for the final cost and the lack of transparency for the additional expense it was just an ok service. UPDATE as of 09.29.26. The company reached out to me and made sure that my experience with the service was better than the original encounter. The actions taken to rectify this issue is greatly appreciated and with these followup steps earned an additional star from me. Thank you”
