“When the three women showed up for the first time, not one of them spoke English. I had gone over everything I wanted done with the owner on the initial visit. Unfortunately, I could not communicate those things when they got here. So, after they left I checked and they had not done the things that I mainly asked for. So, I had to have them back out to complete the job. The owner was apologetic and said she would get someone out right away. I was satisfied with the rest of the way they cleaned the house. I am having them come once a month.”

“Did a good job and left the garage very clean and swept.”

“Well maid is a professional and accommodating maid service that provided me with a quality and personalised cleaning experience. They’re simple to book and work with your schedule so that you don’t have to shuffle much. The quality of the clean is as expected however moving forward I will be a little more vocal about my priorities. Additionally, the use of a swifter does not translate to “deep clean” in my book. Either way I will use them again, if the price is reasonable and we can agree on services.”
