“being which leaves me feeling my health and any concerns are truly valued. Highly recommend”

“I guess I thought of a life coach like a personal trainer, and the thought actually scared me. But I feel like a 1 year old that just learned to walk, I keep falling down and you keep encouraging me to get up, brush it off and keep trying. I thought you were going to tell me what I should work on, but thank you for listening so I could tell you what is important to me. And I appreciate the way you share from your life, your experiences and lessons. I can't believe how much I look forward to our time together. This seems so easy for you, that's why you are the amazing life coach that you are. Thank you!”

“We had the pleasure of working with Whitney as our wellness instructor for our Mommy & Me event, and she was absolutely amazing. She arrived on time, was very professional, and connected beautifully with both the moms and the children. Her patience and calm energy made the kids feel comfortable and engaged throughout the session. Whitney was also very responsive to my messages leading up to the event, which made planning seamless and stress-free. We truly appreciated her punctuality, professionalism, and genuine care for our community. I would highly recommend her for any wellness or family-focused events. Thank you, Whitney, for an incredible experience!”
