“The classes are challenging yet very well thought out. Tungi does an amazing job modifying movements for each person so everyone is getting through the workout he planned! This gym not only is amazing physically but mentally also. Everyone is so friendly and motivating to one another. We are like family now and push eachother to achieving our goals! The new space is so amazing and has really brought a new level of what a gym should be! Cant wait to see what else Tungi and his trainers come up with for us now! Ill be a client for a long time!”
