“Love Tom!!!! Such an amazing trainer, I’d recommend him to anybody on any day.”

“Though physical therapy improved mobility it did not gve a feeling of overall well being and continued to experience significant discomfort all over. Soul evaluated me and determined my body needs stretching muscles. She incorporated me body tapping to relax my body first before the stretches and strengthening. I have seen continuous decrease in tightness in my neck, shoulder, trunk and legs based on the program she developed. She has been introducing new routines to increase my flexibility, balance as well as energy as my situation improved. she is diligent and listens carefully to my feedback, a true professional. She has done a lot of good relax and reduce body discomfort due to my degenerated disc in the neck and trunk of 75 year old woman. I strongly recommend her if you have similar issues. “Miriam has a wonderful touch, confident and caring. She found all the tight places and worked carefully to release them while remaining sensitive to my needs in terms of pressure and overall. Pure pleasure and healing. Miriam is an excellent therapist and I look forward to my next session!”
