“I went to Lori at a very vulnerable time in my life for healing and anyway to find peace in my life. It was suggested that I try a Reiki session and it was incredibly calming. At first I had hesitation because I did not know much about Reiki, but Lori put me at ease with what to expect and some counseling before starting. The session helped me reconnect with myself, leaving me feeling calm and balanced. Over the next few days lighter emotionally and more at peace. I am a true believer in not only holistic healing, but in Lori's natural talent and ability to change lives.”

“Absolutely amazing as a life coach! 10/10 recommend!”

“I've worked out for years, but I'd never experienced Pilates taught this comprehensively. Dr. Laurie doesn't just put you through exercises, she explains why you're doing them and makes sure every movement has purpose. What impressed me most was using all of the equipment. We worked on the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, and Spine Corrector, and each piece challenged my body in a different way. Every session felt fresh, engaging, and tailored specifically to me. The atmosphere is relaxed, encouraging, and honestly a lot of fun. I walked in expecting a workout and left feeling stronger, taller, and moving better than I had in years. My back felt amazing, my posture improved, and I could tell my core was working in ways I'd never experienced before.”

“What started as coaching around communication became a much deeper experience of emotional awareness, accountability, wellness, and personal growth. Lyric brings a grounded, compassionate approach that feels practical and real. Alongside relationship and mindset work, we also explored stress, nutrition, lifestyle, and overall wellbeing, which helped me feel more balanced mentally and physically. The shifts I experienced felt lasting, not temporary. Harmonia feels less like coaching and more like learning healthier ways to live, connect, and care for yourself.”
