“After a bad storm Southern Home Improvement sent a damage assessor within 24 hours. He walked the roof with us took detailed photos and pointed out issues we never would have seen. The written report was clear and honest with no pressure to move forward. Their assessment helped us file a successful insurance claim.”

“Great service! Very professional! The windows look great! Would highly recommend!”

“I give Jordan Spitzer the highest level of approval for the work he completed at my home. This man is very polite, shows up on-time and provides a reasonable estimate of how long it will take to complete the job being requested. With the reasonable pricing, he ordered every part(s) and tool(s) he needed to complete the job. Jordan’s communication style is so respectful. The job I requested consisted of installing grab bars in 2 bathrooms and a shower. He cleaned up thoroughly after completing the job. He was quick, professional and worked quietly. The shower where the bars were to go has marble tiles and Jordan didn’t crack not one or chip anything. His work is truly on the professional level. I will be doing business with him again in the future. If anybody is looking for a reliable and professional contractor that will do an awesome job, Jordan is your man. So give him a call. You won’t regret it.”

“I needed a leak fixed on my freezer which he quickly identified the problem as a blockage in the drain line, he cleaned out the drain port and line which fixed the problem. Also, at the time I needed carpet removed , laminate flooring placed, and a room painted which he gladly gave me a quote, put me on schedule and came back the following weekend to do. All in all straight forward, communicated well , and done the job as promised. Would definitely use again!”
