“If I could write a 10-star review I would. Andrew is a consummate professional and if you have any questions or complaints he is QUICK to resolve them. Even when I thought he wasn't returning my calls, I didn't know he went on vacation but as soon as he got back, he was on it! He even called me from the cruise ship one time!!! Talk about dedication and customer satisfaction!! His team of professionals that he sent to my home to install my new flooring worked quickly and efficiently and my floors look fantastic. I will post pics (and don't mind the mess, I was waiting for my floors to be installed to really clean up) If you are looking for new flooring, I don't want to shade any other companies by name so I won't but just understand I received quotes from one or two of the "big box" stores and their quotes were wayyyy more, I'm talking thousands more. I know when it comes to things being cheaper we often say "You get what you pay for" but in this instance I was absolutely delighted and got exactly what I paid for which was quality work.”
