I had two other estimates from companies and one was very high and the other was somewhat higher than Yan. “We were needing to replace 10 windows and kept putting it off because of cost and that most quotes are only good for 30-60 days. Well, she let us know that the quotes do not expire. That hook me right then and there to set a time to get a quote. I went on line and filled out the on line request form on Sunday. Chris was was super fast with calling me shortly afterwards. I was actually surprised by his prompt response. We chatted like neighbors (which was nice) and set a time for Ken to come out and let us view the product, go over warranty info and discuss price. He explained that he, his wife and daughter would be the install crew. They were fantastic. Very personalble and did a fantastic job.
