“Hiring Ivan was one of the best experiences I’ve had working with a contractor. He did thorough, high-quality work and asked clarifying questions. He kept me apprised of his progress, sending me pictures daily, which I greatly appreciated. I also appreciated his detailed estimate, which provided line-item detail. Other contractors I’ve worked with have simply given one overall project cost (with no breakdown by task), which isn’t helpful when you’re trying to budget for a large project and understand exactly how an estimate was derived. Ivan prepped and painted 3 rooms, removed a chair rail, removed old baseboards and installed new ones, primed and painted window casings and trim, installed new deadbolts, and will be installing new interior doors. I’m already preparing a mental list of jobs I want Ivan to do in the future, and I won’t hesitate reaching out to him… I just hope he’s not too busy (due all his great reviews!) to take on the work!”

“courteous, efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect before wrapping up.If youre looking for a reliable, high-quality painting company that delivers on their promises, I highly recommend them. I will definitely be using them again for future projects.”

“All together, this was a very good experience and I would highly recommend this company!”
