“Some replacement window companies would not have touched that part of the repair and for me that was the beauty of having them do the job seamless. The workmenship was excellent. Though I was skeptical they were expert. Their communication with me was top shelf during the whole process. They used high quality materials too. Very pleased with the whole process!”

“Zen recently installed casement windows in our home and they have made a significant difference. They operate easy and quiet, our home is warmer and road noise less noticeable. The installer was very professional and did great work. I have had many positive comments from neighbors.”

“The company is great to work with.”

“They did my roof, gutters, wrapped my windows with zero issues. I have had a great experience with the contractors, with the people at Avalon and no issues after they are done. Out of 7 contractors I have hired over the last 2 years, they have been the best with knowing how to do the job, cleaning up when they are done, communicating with me the whole way, and helping me when I didn't know what to do. They work great with insurance agents in a professional manor. I am glad to have hired them for all my work.”

“For a brand new company, they are already doing things better than most established window contractors Ive dealt with in Kent County.Best prices I found in the Grand Rapids area, hands down. And the quality? My windows look absolutely flawless. The whole team was friendly, fast, and left everything spotless when they were done.If youre anywhere in West Michigan and need new windows, Kentwood, Wyoming, Rockford, wherever, just call Chris!! You wont regret it. Ill be sending everyone I know his way.”
