“I feel one would be missing out by not choosing him. whatever your project or repair may be -Alex is a qualified Ace!!!”

“throughout the entire visit.Armando carefully evaluated the situation, explained the proper course of action, and took the time to walk me through several repair options based on my needs and budget. He also offered valuable recommendations for improving the overall longevity and reliability of the homes plumbing system. What stood out most was his attitude and level of customer care. In todays world, it can sometimes feel like customer service is lacking, but that was absolutely not the case here. Armando was patient, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping with the project. He welcomed every question I had and made sure I fully understood the work being discussed. The pricing also seemed fair and reasonable for the scope of work involved. Blue Planet Plumbing has an excellent reputation, and after this experience, its easy to understand why. Employees like Armando are a true reflection of the companys professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction.”

“For this unit, they explored all options for repairing my existing unit. When it was determined that a new unit was the only path forward, they credited me for the amount that was put in to trying to repair the existing unit. I would recommend them and will use them again in the future.”
