“Stengel Home Repair and Remodel did a great job with several repairs at my property. 1) He replaced rotten/broken floor boards in the front porch beautifully, my tenants were very happy with his quality of work. 2) He also removed and rebuilt a bathtub wall from scratch and the tenant said it looks more beautiful now than it did before. All was done promptly and at a reasonable cost, and his communication is quick, prompt and courteous as well. Already asked him to do more work in another of my apartments and will be using him for any future issues or renovations! I can wholeheartedly recommend Stengel Home Repair and Remodel!”

“Had a leak on a skylight window. Responded to my inquiry same day, arrived on time, didn’t try to upsell me, confirmed it needed to be re-caulked, was able to address the leak issue on the spot same-day. Very friendly and had materials needed to do the job. Really appreciate the quick resolution!”
