“Updated my closet door hardware installed a new door and updated window trim. His price was fair and reasonable. Workmanship was very good. Any focused to complete the job on task without delay. I appreciate it getting a written estimate upfront. I would use them again.”

“Highly recommend T Pro Service for any home repairs or project lists.”

“The project involved repairing water-damaged ceilings and walls throughout the rental apartment, restoring the bathroom and other affected areas, addressing the garage ceiling, and renovating the fiberglass roof deck. The deck was finished with beautiful porcelain pavers that completely transformed the outdoor space. The quality of the finished work speaks for itself. The apartment looks refreshed, the damaged areas have been beautifully restored, and the deck now has the modern, high-end appearance I envisioned. I especially appreciate the range of work CKA was able to handle across different areas of the property. It’s not easy finding a contractor who can take on a project involving both interior restoration and exterior renovations. I’m extremely happy with the transformation and would recommend CKA Construction to anyone looking for a contractor for renovations, repairs, or property improvements. The before-and-after photos really tell the story!”

“He gave me an estimate of the price for a comprehensive inspection and potential repairs and parts, explaining in detail the cost. I found him to be knowledgeable, friendly, patient and thorough. I would use this company again and recommend them to others.”

“I highly recommend. They restored the windows in my house including replacing a lot of broken glass. Very happy with the quality. They always showed up on time and very easy to work with.”

“Junior did a great job with repairing the doors on my property. I would certainly hire him again.”
