He chose the material needed, bought them, gave us receipts, did the work which included reframing the existing shower flooring, discarded the old tile floor, installed new subflooring, new tile flooring, discarded the old vanity, bought a new one and installed it, changed some plumbing waste pipes, re-sheetrocked the damaged garage ceiling and all & all, did a fantastic job even getting & installing a new shower door.
