“They had to install a plug on the wall behind the TV to tidy up the wiring situation (to avoid cat-likes-to-chew-wiring complications), as well as install/program the TV (with internet access) and a DVD player… all the while keeping us in the loop for glitches – and there was at least one: our DVD player didn’t have the connection necessary for the newer model TVs, so we had to pivot and order a new one. With Eric’s and Stacy’s assistance in the search, we saved about $150 on that little hiccup. Unfortunately, it wouldn’t arrive until after they left, but Eric took the time to pre-install the HDMI cable; so all we had to do was plug it in. (It fired right up without a hitch and was playing a DVD in less than five minutes!) This man and wife team had wasted no time. They left no detail – including cleanup (which included eliminating unnecessary wiring and four years of electrical dust accumulation!) unaddressed. And they were a hoot to boot. I cannot say enough good things about their performance. They were professional, timely, personable, experienced, thoughtful, and proactive, leading to a turn-key finish in no time.
