I’m also Scandinavian so it meant a lot that he took so much care in the meals he planned. He researched an authentic cake that Vikings ate and recreated it with his own spin. That was so special. I would 100000000000 % hire Nick again. Such an amazing guy and phenomenal food artist. Thank you again Chef for everything!”
