Jimmy Equels says, “We live in a house that was built in 1886, we had a desire for a garage that would reflect the design of the house. The house has a tin covered, hipped roof & is sided in double ogee. After looking around we decided on Renovate 512, they were able to exactly duplicate the house design in the garage! We are very happy with the results, a new old garage, it could have been built in 1886 along with our dear old house but it was built in 2025 by Renovate 512. Thanks guys great job, you make us smile!”
Kate Ford says, “Raz and his team did an amazing job renovating our living room, bathrooms and casita kitchen. Very easy to work with, timely and extremely responsive. Highly recommend!”
Mike D. says, “I can confidentially recommend and suggest them to anyone needing a professional contracting service.”
Logan Bryant says, “This team worked on our bathroom flooring remodel and it changed the whole feel of the room. The job went smooth and stayed all good thru the process WOW. The floors look SOLID and FAB now.”
Juan Carlos M. says, “Alon and his team did an amazing job remodeling our bathroom to an ADA compliant shower. I love how seamlessly the floor integrates across the whole bathroom for easy access while a slight incline allows for proper drainage. The vanity was also nicely finished. Highly recommended.”
Chris T. says, “We were looking to expand a closet in our kitchen to run under the staircase. From there, I had a quote very soon after that was reasonably priced. Daniel and his crew were able to start work that very next week and did a fantastic job. Each day, Daniel and Lazaro were very communicative on what times they would start and end each day. They also were very considerate of the hours we had available due to work and the kids. In total, the project was done extremely fast, but the quality did not falter. The removal of the wall, new floors, paint, and cabinets were all done to perfection. Lazaro, the main carpenter, was so nice and friendly and did such a good job. I will definitely be using E&D Remodeling going forward for any projects around my house and I recommend you do too!”
Dan R. says, “Greg added a wall to convert an open area into a bedroom and also added a.closet and door. It looks like part of the original house. You can't even tell it was an add on. The paint, texture and molding match the existing walls perfectly. ”
Wade G. says, “We couldn’t be happier with the quality of workmanship and general ease of working together. Highly recommended!”
Suzanne D. says, “We recently renovated our floors and bathrooms and Evi's team handled the major renovation or our bathroom: tearing down an underutilized linen closet to increase the bathroom footprint, moving plumbing to make space for a rain shower and soaking tub with standalone faucet, tearing out the old shower pan and building out the curb for the new shower footprint. We could not have asked for better work or better communication. Everything was remarkably well documented and Evi heard exactly what we were looking for and helped us get to our vision for this primary en suite. We will absolutely be calling this team back when we start thinking about our next project!”
