“Overall, I’m happy with the landscaping project and my little house looks much better than it did before. The crew worked hard, communication was good, and the project was completed quickly (in one day). I especially appreciated that they were willing to work with my budget and did not require a large upfront deposit. My main disappointment was that I specifically requested white crape myrtles before the project started, but pink crape myrtles were planted instead. That was an important design element for me, and I was essentially told to live with the change rather than being offered a solution. I was also told the project could be completed for $5,000, but the final cost ended up being $5,359.11. While the difference wasn’t huge, it was unexpected. The quality of the work itself is good, and the overall transformation of the property was significant. If attention to customer preferences and final pricing had been handled a little better, this would have easily been a 5-star experience.”
