Chris Morrison says, “One thing that really stood out was that Raz wasn't trying to upsell mehe was focused on building trust and making sure I spent my money wisely.Based on that experience, I decided to move forward with Cohen Company. Throughout the project, Raz was regularly on-site and kept me updated with frequent texts and photos of the progress. Whenever a question came up or they encountered an issue, he always reached out to discuss my options instead of making assumptions or surprising me with additional charges later.During the renovation, they discovered a leak from the toilets. We initially shut off the water to see if it was a temporary issue, but after the new floors were installed, the leak returned. At that point, I decided to have the toilets replaced as well. Throughout the entire process, Raz's communication remained excellent. At no point did I feel out of the loop or uncertain about what was happening in my home, and I always felt that the project was in good hands. At the end of the project, Raz walked through everything with me to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I was very happy with the quality, attention to detail, and overall professionalism. It's clear that customer relationships matter to him, and it shows in the way he manages a project.I would absolutely use Cohen Homes again for future projects and would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, communicative, and honest general contractor.”

Quintin M. says, “We asked for them to build a laundry room where there was only a bi-fold closet. They had the vision to extend our media room 1.5 ft, move our hallway by 1 ft, borrow the closet space from the adjacent bedroom, and reconstruct a new closet. Moreover, they suggested removing a wall that made up a wasted storage space and making our media room significantly larger and more beautiful. They did the demo, floors, dry wall, and paint. All of the contractors they used were professional and clean; I trusted all of them in my house. Plus Tomer and Yaniv did a fantastic job managing all the work so that we only had to make some small decisions here and there. The pricing was fair and they were very easy to work with. I will use them again should something else come up!”

David A. says, “It's not often--if ever--that I've felt compelled to write a glowing review for a contractor over the course of our custom home build journey this past year. However, after working with Jonathan the past two weeks, I can easily say he's the best contractor I've had the privilege of working with. He was professional from the start, hard-working, honest, and the quality of his work is top notch. He's detail-oriented and takes pride in making sure his work is excellent, not just good enough. I'm glad we found Jonathan as we'll be using him in the future and I can't recommend enough that you should too. You won't be disappointed. Things Jonathan did for us: whole house trim out including hanging 19 interior doors, trimming out all windows and doors with a custom craftsman-style trim, installed shiplap on our main ceiling (25 ft tall and about 650 sq ft), and installed shiplap and barn wood in our master bedroom.”

Katie L. says, “I had a great experience with Ruben and his team! I initially reached out for a small ceiling repair, and Ruben responded quickly and stopped by the next day to provide a quote. While he was here, he asked if there was anything else around the house that needed to be addressed, and the laundry list followed! From ceiling fixtures to a toilet replacement and a few other projects, Ruben and his team were able to take care of my initial repair along with the other things that had been piling up over the years because I didn’t have a trusted go-to for home repairs. The entire team was friendly, professional, and efficient, and they left my home incredibly clean when they were finished. I would 100% recommend Ruben and his team and will definitely be using them again in the future. It’s such a relief to finally have a trusted go-to home repair team!”

James Winwood says, “The Lone Star team recently completed a long list of renovations that included repairing multiple cracks in the drywall and painting the walls and ceiling of the hallway and kitchen. They had to do a major job of replacing the rotted floor of the bathroom and leveling the supports to the bathroom and hallway to prevent further cracking of the drywall. They also replaced and insulated the hot water lines to the bathroom and kitchen sinks that had been non-functional for several years. They also installed a new water heater. Then came a simply spectacular remodel of the bathroom that turned it into the best looking room in the house. It is now modern and beautiful. They also removed and replaced aging electrical fixtures. They would send us pictures each day to show us the progress they had made so we were kept up to date about the work they were doing. We are completely pleased with their level of communication during the project, and more than happy with team's final result. They were professional, on time, and on budget. We plan on using them for the rest of our remodeling tasks in the future.”
