“Chances are if you are shopping for an accessibility solution, it may be on a short timeline and things in your life may be chaotic. Enter Matt and the team at Next Day Access - skilled, calm, and kind! My elderly father was discharged from a rehabilitation and hospital stay in a wheelchair, a new life circumstance for him and for us as a family. Matt met me at the house on a Friday for an estimate and plan and by Monday a high-quality, customized ramp awaited Dad's return. On top of really knowing his stuff when it comes to accessibility, Matt is clearly a person who cares about people takes pride in the quality of his work, right down to the small details. We kept the ramp for about 3 months until Dad moved to memory care. Next Day Access came within 48 hours of request to remove the ramp. Seamless service from start to finish, can't recommend highly enough!”
