“I hired Cohen Homes as the general contractor for a variety of projects in my home. My goal was to complete an unfinished renovation and modernize the space before renting it out. The project included painting the walls and ceilings, patching holes, replacing and installing railings, installing a backsplash, adding shelving, replacing mirrors and light fixtures, and installing new flooring.
