Cody G. says, “Jorge responded promptly and came out to for a visit to give a quote. The quote was accurate with the end payment and good value. Jorge was also flexible with our schedule. We had a tub faucet that was leaking and needed a new valve. The job required moving a vanity, cutting out some Sheetrock then replacing the value and shower trim. Once completed the vanity and Sheetrock were put back in place. An added bonus was the installation of shutoff valves in the wall so we won’t need to turn the water off for the whole building (our unit is in a condo complex) in the future if these lines need work. Would recommend.”
Andrew J. says, “Nick was great. He worked around my difficult schedule, communicated clearly, and fixed the problem quickly. He came prepared with all necessary tools and even helped me get the cover for my water turnoff unstuck.”
Dane B. says, “Technicians were professional and courteous”
David S. says, “Timely & responsive ON A SUNDAY after water heater went out. Water supply cut off from the street. Javan arrived Monday morning ahead of schedule. Soldered replaced new supply valve, replaced two lines, extended line for taller unit in about 35 min! Quality work and affordable price!”
Jim Austin says, “Cold Is on the Right is the best plumbing company in Austin, hands down! Whether the job is big or small, they arrive on time, quickly appraise whats going on, make terrific suggestions, and do the job right from start to finish. I have lived in several parts of the nation and I think Joey is the best plumber I have met. My house is aging, so they have done a lot of jobs over the years, including water heater replacement, valve replacements, replacement of backflow preventer, replacement of pressure regulator valve, replacement of fixtures on three sinks. Their advice has always been spot on. I cannot imagine calling any company other than Cold Is On the Right!”
Omar A. says, “David arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue quickly, and replaced the faulty igniter. The repair was done efficiently and professionally.”
