They did an excellent job informing me of what we’re dealing with (ants with wings, not termites like I had originally thought), what the solution would be, and the price. I thought they’d just spray the problem area, but they sprayed all around the perimeter of the house. In the end, I got more value than I expected for a lower cost than I expected. That’s a win.

Managed to fit me in for an appointment immediately, actively listened to my explanation of the problems I was looking to treat, recommended a solution and immediately treated it. They also noted when I mentioned a different issue I was having with my home, and ran across a vendor for that issue the same day and passed on my request. We had just bought our house and found out there were so many ants coming into the house. One day found them completely covering the coffee table (gross). Found One Stop Pest Control and he came out very quickly and no more ant problems! Even a year later.
Bill is great! He is very thorough in his work and more than fair in his pricing. He was flexible on when he could come out and was even able to do a same day treatment.
