We called Roy in need of someone to come paint our living room asap for a get together we are having in a few weeks. He came the next day and got the whole room looking crisp and fresh! Im so glad we went with Roy and we will use him in the future for sure!
Roy did an excellent painting job at our house. He was very professional and meticulous, and his attention to detail was impressive. He was also open to the changes we requested and worked through the job flawlessly. We were more than happy with the results and would definitely work with him again in the future.
It I could rate this company 6 stars I would . I hired him ( 1 man team) and he went right to work in the same day and got everything done to my property I asked. He went over and beyond with quality, responsiveness, value, and integrity. His priceless are unmatched I will definitely be hiring 1207 contracting again in the near future . My paint and floors look amazing !!! He even went and got the material for the entire project that took a week. I appreciate the work and punctuality because it’s hard finding good work from contractors honestly thanks!
I was totally satisfied with my completed painting project. The work was done with extreme care and attention to detail. I would definitely hire again
Roy is a multifaceted contractor who does superb work with a high degree of professionalism and quality. He’s completed a number of projects for me, 2 of the biggest being the outdoor shed, where he built the foundation as well as assembled the shed. He also installed the tile back splash in my kitchen. I’m definitely a proud return customer of Roy. You absolutely won’t be disappointed.
I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Roy and couldn’t be happier with the results. Not only does he deliver fantastic value, but he’s patient, kind, and pays attention to detail. It’s rare to find someone who’s not only skilled but also genuinely nice and easy to work with. I’ll definitely be using him for future projects and highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality work and a reliable professional. Attaching before and after photos.
Roy did such an amazing job painting my new house!! He also installed cameras, fixed some wall fixtures, and mounted tvs for me!!! He’s officially my handyman for all projects in my home!!!
