Matt and his team did an excellent job and very reasonable! I had to level out part of our yard for a trampoline that had a steep pitch to it. Matt and his team were professional, very clear and honest about what my options were. I highly recommend this company to anyone!

Reviews
Matt was very professional. He did a great job from start to finish. Great attention to detail.
We’re so glad we chose Matt with 123 Properties. His professionalism was outstanding. Also the value of work was great. I did get a few other quotes that didn’t come close to the work Matt and his crew performed. We had an area in our front yard that needed to be dug out and then backfilled as well as 2 fence posts. He was very good at communicating about the work and discussing any changes or concerns. I would definitely recommend Matt and would not hesitate to work with him on any future projects.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Working with Matt and his crew was an absolutely wonderful experience! Matt was extremely professional, easy to work with, and guided us through every part of the project. His attention to detail and dedication went above and beyond our expectations — he truly delivered more than we could have asked for. Our landscaping turned out beautifully, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Thank you, Matt and team, for your hard work, expertise, and making the entire process so smooth. We highly recommend Matt and his crew to anyone looking for top-quality landscaping!
Matt was amazing! He did an incredible job and highly recommend him for future projects.
Matt was very responsive and worked fast to regrade one side of my house. I liked how the regrading turned out and he also answered all my questions.
We are so happy that we found 123 Property Services! Matt was very responsive, friendly, honest and fairly priced. He and his crew treated our property with respect and always left it looking tidy, even mid-project. Our yard was a mess and they made it look beautiful! We couldn’t be more pleased with our back yard makeover. They also buried 2 gutter down spouts. Everything they did was great! Highly recommend!!
Matt was and his team were fantastic. Transparent, timely, and efficient throughout the entire process. We would recommend them for any of your landscaping needs.
