I’m capable at troubleshooting, maintaining and supporting various operating systems, camera systems (enterprise and home grades), access control systems and network issues. I enjoy finding solutions to issues that customers may encounter as well as training customers in how to use various systems. *There is an additional travel fee of $80.00 for locations that are 30 miles outside of the Parma area.*

Nelson was very professional and had me up and running in no time!
Problem was a difficult tab that would not work for me. Rather than damage the motherboard I called 1NOE. He fidgeted with the tab and video card I wanted to remove for several minutes before that nice clear 'Click1' sounded and the video card came right out. He then installed my new video card and made sure everything was up and running before he left. I now have my new video card and could not be happier.
He helped boot my laptop and was very knowledgeable on computers and operating systems.
Nelson did a great job. He solved my problem and installed new routers. My wifi works great now. I would highly recommend him.

I reached out to Nelson via Thumbtack to assist my dad with his home internet set up and connectivity to his devices. Nelson responded immediately with dates and times he was available. He arrived to my father's home, checked all his devices, Wi-Fi boosters etc... He synced everything, connected my dad's computer to the right network and explained everything to my dad ensuring he understood. My dad was extremely happy and impressed with Nelson's knowledge and professionalism. I was amazed at how knowledgeable he was. He was able to get my son‘s PC that was just newly built going as we had some issues with the computer detecting the AIO, and headphones.
