The owner did not do proper follow up with customer and failed to provide an estimate as promised. Took all of my information and didn’t even bother calling back or sending an email with an estimate after requesting twice. Stated that he and his crew would be able to provide a moving service for the week requested, but never heard anything back. Poor customer service and wasted time!

We hired 1Source Moving to help pack and move 1700sq home plus one storage unit. The packing team was punctual and packed everything very quickly and carefully. The moving team was also stellar! Our move was a three day process, day one pack, day two move, day three was storage pick up a final walk through that included a move out cleaning that was exceptional! Bottom line they exceeded my expectations!

Movers had caused a quarter-size fabric tear in my microfiber sofa near the arm area. I have had this sofa moved 3 or 4 times during my residency in Austin and this is the first time that movers have damaged my furniture.

Very affordable move! Minor hiccup with them leaving the legs of my bed frame at the old house, but overall very good group of guys. They were polite, super helpful and did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone.

The movers were great and super helpful! They moved all my boxes and stuff VERY quickly into their truck, they drove my stuff to my new place and were super quick to unload it all into the new place too. If I ever need to move, I'd definitely hire them again!

I highly recommend hiring 1Source Moving!!! Mr. Andy and his Crew (Will, Jose, Steven and Julian) were absolutely Amazing! We hired them to load, move and unload our households goods into storage from Copperas Cove to San Antonio. The guys communicated every step of the way. Which is number one with Customer Service in my book! Once they arrived, they got to work and didn’t stop. No lollygagging around with this crew!! They were professional, courteous and communicated well. They answered all questions I had. They made the move so smooth and stress free for us. The price was very reasonable and Mr. Andy, the owner, was superb in explaining everything and was so kind and understanding. Please hire them for your next move, you will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!! We moved in June of this year and had the worst experience with this company. We had damages after damages to furniture, walls and beds. The owner of the company is full of empty promises and never delivers. The workers took 4-5 breaks in between moving furniture but i was charged for it. The whole move process was drawn out purposefully and deliberate to get that hourly charge. I asked for a discount on the moving fees to compensate for the damages which totaled to be over two thousand dollars. Which i never received. My suggestion is to on use this company. But if you do only pay after you have thoroughly inspected every single item for damages.
