Highly Recommend_Quick response_fairly priced_Professional I had Mr Cody from 1st Choice Plumbing and Insulation to service my 9yr old AC. Cody was quick and thorough on the inspection. Because it was an older unit it did need the interior guts changed out, and the price wasn’t cut throat, reasonable for an older model. He had all the parts on hand to make for a smooth transaction. He cleaned up the area before leaving. Great job Cody, way to represent your brand.
Daniel did a great job at a fair price! Highly recommended.
Great experience getting our 29 year old Trane unit replaced . Highly recommend dealing with 1st Choice. Installers are very profesional and did excellent work. Clean install and took great care of the property and left everything spotless.
Adam was amazing. He listened and answered all of my questions. He explained things thoroughly. When he was done with his inspections, he showed and explained to me all of the results. Adam made me feel comfortable and confident in his diagnosis. I would recommend this technician and this company to anyone looking for HVAC repairs.
Outstanding customer service and professional. Daniel helped us to see the bigger picture of our issue and now we don’t feel so lost! Definitely working with them in the future !
Available in less than 24hours. Same day repair to a/c unit compressor.
Nathan and Adam came out to repair my AC. They were very kind & professional. Fair price and got the job done very quickly.
They were very friendly, on time and professional. They were knowledgeable about their products and were willing to match other prices. Daniel was friendly and helpful. He even took my personal calls with extra questions.
1st Choice was great. Super responsive and got the work done that day. Highly recommend!
Randy was excellent, he suggested me issues and options right after inspection and took care of them. I would highly recommend 1st Choice Mechanical. Thank you Randy and team.
Jeo was polite, professional, and prompt. He went above and beyond to solve our HVAC issue. Very pleased with the result! I would not hesitate to recommend Jeo for any project.
Sends and automated response but does not reply otherwise
I was only getting air in my bedroom before my AC stopped working altogether. Diagnosis was a dead motor so technicians checked on my warranty and got a new motor. When doing the repair, they also created another vent? Anyhow my air is flowing much better through all the vents now. I am very happy with their work and would easily recommend 1st Choice Mechanical for your AC needs.
