Reviews
Frank was a lifesaver. I’m a small-time business owner leasing my first commercial space, and shortly after signing I discovered water leaks with visible mold on the ceiling and floor. As a first-time tenant, I had no idea what to do — I just knew I needed someone qualified, fast. I reached out to three inspection companies, and Frank was the first to call back, scheduling me for the very next day. After we spoke, I also checked out his website and saw his certifications, which put my mind at ease. He was professional, thorough, and patient with all my questions. His written report came with a full detailed breakdown, photos, and lab results — exactly the documentation my attorney and I needed to figure out what to do next. Frank was also just a genuinely nice guy. I mentioned I’d hoped to open a dog training business there, but with this mold condition, I wasn’t sure how I’d ever get a Department of Health permit. Turns out he and his daughter both have puppy poodles from the same breeder — and since I’d just gotten a puppy myself, we ended up talking dogs and sharing pictures. Small thing, but it made a stressful day easier. Promptness, professionalism, and yes — puppies. Can’t recommend Frank enough. Four paws 🐾🐾
Frank was honest and provided great value, insight, and professionalism. Highly recommend. If I ever need anything else done within my house he'll be the first person I contact.
Thank you for returning the phone call and the information about the picture.
