About 21st Construction LLC
Hi, I’m a drywall specialist with over 20 years of experience — I’ve been running my own company, 21st Construction LLC, since 2001. I’ve done it all when it comes to drywall, from small home repairs to major commercial projects, including several large buildings in the heart of Chicago. My work is known for clean finishes, precise attention to detail, and total respect for your home or space. Beyond drywall, I offer full interior home modifications, including basement finishing, painting, water damage restoration, deck building, fence installation, and gazebo construction. Whether you’re remodeling your entire interior or need expert repairs, I bring care, quality, and craftsmanship to every project. If you’re looking for reliable, high-quality work from someone who treats your home like their own — let’s get your project started right.

Crew came out and did everything I asked for. They found the root of the issue which I fixed that portion myself. They fixed the damage caused by my issue in a very timely manner and were explaining everything every step of the way. Would recommend!
Wonderful. Very thoughtful and caring. We will definitely call 21st Construction again.
They did an Awesome job remodeling my lower level of my house! They replaced some drywall, wall Trimming, painted, put up some light fixtures and put flooring down. I was impressed with the work they did and the price was reasonable! Thank you job well done!!
Despite some initial issues with scheduling, the work was done cleanly and professionally. They were in and out in a couple of hours
