Thomas was a gift of a locksmith. I put out my request and he responded within minutes. On the phone he was kind and professional, and he scheduled me in right away. When he arrived, he worked quickly and walked me through each step of the process, so I understood exactly what was happening and why. Warm, capable, and genuinely helpful from the first call to the last turn of the key. I recommend him without hesitation.

Thomas was beyond responsive and explained what it might be prior to showing up, and it turned out to be minor, yet an inconvenience of the door lock sticking.
Hired 24/7 Affordable Locksmith to install a Yale keypad lock and a fresh lock on a downstairs door. Communication was excellent from start to finish. They were quick to schedule, showed up on time, and kept me updated on parts and orders. When we hit a snag with an unusual multi-lock cylinder, they kept working the problem then came back and installed it. Fair pricing, friendly, and reliable. I'd hire them again.
Thomas was responsive, professional, and got the job done quickly. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend him!
