Extremely responsive. He was at my house within an hour and repaired a door that was falling off the hinge.

Jose was very professional very creative in his repair of the problem then excellent job would recommend them highly.
someone stopped by on may 28 and just informed .e the door parts are hard to get. I was provided no options on replacing or fixing door. they have not bothered to reach out after initial visit. I am giving up on them fixing or replacing door.
thank so much
Showed up promptly, explained to him the issue I was having with my door and what I thought needed repaired. Thoroughly explained to me what he was going to do to fix. He secured all the screws and switched out the lock with a brand new one. Looks fabulous.
Company agent replaced the door hardware, as requested, at a very fair price. However, he left a few new scratches on the doors inside and out, which my handyman had to touch up.
Wow! This company was better than expected. We needed a French Door fixed (would not lock), like now! The response was quick and after a few back on forth messages, Alex was on his way to our house the same day. He took a look and went to work and it was fixed in less than a half hour. He was super professional and friendly. Highly recommend this company!
Prompt responses although I did not end up hiring them.
Great and quick work
Robert, was there quick with all the tools and knowledge needed. Gave me a very fast and friendly service. 10/10 recommend for any locksmith service you need.
Alex and Robert are truly the BEST!! They are beyond professional and courteous! They accommodated my last minute schedule change due to an emergency; Still fit me in within my new requested timeframe. They fixed my door without incident. Left everything very clean and to my satisfaction! If you’re lucky enough to find 24/7 Pro Locksmith, look no further! Thank you Alex and Robert for all of your help!
Did a very good job. The exterior back door is now easier to open and close.
Very good communication and high quality work. Very pleased with the end result
I needed a front door lock replaced for a 125 year old home. Robert said take 30 minutes. This project took 2 people and 2 days and much damage was done to my door and the frame. Cost was $275.00 and now I will have more expense and need someone to do repairs around the doorframe and lock and repaint and door that was just painted. Robert promised no painting will be needed. This job was out of their scope of ability and I regret using this contractor for my job.
Wouldn’t tell me why they couldn’t service me
I didn't actually use 24/7 Pro Locksmith but he was lower cost & responsive and professional in all of his replies on TT. I decided to use Batteries Plus since they offered a scratch&dent Fob key for just a little more than 24/7's cost for a plain key.
