Eli came to the rescue as a failed latch jammed one of my entry doors. His response time was amazing and was able to come by within 2 hours of my initial inquiry via Thumbtack. His repair was quick and he was able to replace my door hardware which now works like new. He is very knowledgeable and professional.
Elad was great! He responded quickly, worked with my schedule, and was able to get me in with no issues, and a new key! His number is definitely saved for any future locksmith needs. Thanks again Elda!
Eli came by this morning to install a deadbolt and change the locks. He was exceptional! Very professional and work was done clean, fast and not overpriced! I would highly recommend his services!
Thank you so much, 24 Hr River City Locksmith. Eli was the best! He kept me updated on everything. I have 2 new locks on my security door and am absolutely satisfied. I'm also loving the color of the locks as well :). Eli also got my garage door oiled up a bit. Pretty awesome company. Will definitely be using this company going forward. Thanks again, 24 Hr River City Locksmith and Eli.
I had about a half dozen locksmiths tell me they won't work on Hoppe locks for my French doors, Eli stepped up and did a fantastic job. Highly recommended!
Responded right away. Excellent work. Would recommend. Thank you!
I found Eli to be responsive, professional, punctual, and thorough. He answered all my questions. When I inquired about an alternative, he quoted a price but explained that the cost outweighed the benefit. I very much appreciated that he didn't try to upsell.
We had an emergency lost the keys to a master bedroom. Eli was able to replace the door knob with a new one easily
From beginning to end, service was great! Was contacted within 30 mins of sending out a request! Chatted, talked about needs and he come very next day (I didn’t need same day.) Eli re-keyed my security gate door, installed a coded key lock and matched the 2 keys to match. Service took less than 45 minutes. Friendly, professional, convenient, experienced. All What I wanted with a reasonable price!
