The pro came over, quickly diagnosed the problem with my hvac system. Went out of the way to get the necessary replacement and then afterwards he made sure there were no other problems with my system while giving me tips on how to prolong the life of my system. The 2hot1cold team was extremely effective in cleaning our air compressor and heat pump. Before they came out and throughout our session, the team member was very informative and communicated effectively. I learned a vast amount about equipment upkeep and look forward to working with their team on future projects.
I replaced the front door light fixture 11/26/25 because I didn't like it. The reason why I put a low score is after I had it taken down there was a lot of paper left inside the wires. Which is very dangerous. I witness my handyman taking the old light fixture down. So I took a picture See attached

He was knowledgeable in HVAC diagnostics and changed out the gas valve in my boiler. Very fair price for the work that he did. Probably 50% of what other people were charging. He has over five years of experience doing troubleshooting in HVAC and certainly was a great find.
