Mounted in a ridiculous location and damaged a large area of paint and when contacted he ignored me after taking the money. Very deceitful and shady, pick someone else for your mounting projects.
He arrived right on time and mounted a TV and old dartboard. It was done quickly and he checked in a few times to ensure that everything looked good. Would 100% hire again!
Rafael did a great job hanging my 75” tv on a stone fireplace. He brought all his own tools and even help troubleshooting our cable box. if you need a TV hung in any part of your house I would definitely contact Rafael for the service
Very careful and thorough. Friendly and not even put off by my barking pup!
Rafael was incredible. Super communicative through the whole process. Incredibly organized with every tool needed. Very friendly in person. Would definitely use him again!
Rafael was great! He was quick, clean and has great manners. I am very happy with the result of their work. I will definitely recommend them and request service again by him if needed!!!! Thank you so much Rafael for all you did.
Delayed in arrival but good communication and excellent work quality. Would definitely recommend and would use them again!
Great experience with Rafael. The wall the TV was being mounted on required opening up two of the electric outlets to find the stud as it was a wood panel wall. One of the outlets was high on the wall and needed to be covered with the TV. Due to the height it required several adjustments which he checked with me every time and we worked together on the final position. He also installed a glass shelf on the mount which holds the cable box. I highly recommend him for his work, responsiveness, and he arrived 1 hour early I used the app to let him know I was available earlier than the appointment. He also reconnected all cables and assured the TV was working correctly.
Installed desk mount wrong as he didn't even screw the screws in all the way and it fell on my wife. While also damaging my wall which is a rental. Also the tv mount he tightened way too tight and left big imprints in the walls. First estimate was $75. He spent as long as he could doing other things he didn't need to so he could charge me more.. I said I just need the wholes drilled and I can mount everything myself. He said no and I'll help.. he wouldn't take no for an answer so he stayed way longer then I wanted.
