Great group of guys. I will use them again even though I paid about $145 to much because of 2 trips instead of 1 trip that it should've taken if they would've brought a moving truck instead of a trailer. When I use them again I will expect them to bring a moving truck or they will be turning around to go get a moving truck this time because I'm not paying for there mistakes this time like I did last time. They broke the handles of my work bench. I'm fine with that because I know things happen. Good people. I'll Use them again.

My experience with this company was extremely disappointing and stressful. Before the move, I spoke directly with Dustin, the owner, and we agreed to a flat rate of $270 for the move. I was very clear about what needed to be done. On the day of the move, I personally took Dustin to my garage, showed him the items that needed to be moved, and explained that I would move my vehicle so they could have easy access in and out of the garage. What shocked me was that virtually nothing in my garage was touched. Instead, a significant amount of time was spent moving easier items, including bags of clothing. Then, despite our flat-rate agreement, Dustin began watching the clock and discussing time. This immediately concerned me because a flat rate and an hourly rate are two completely different arrangements. I did not agree to changing the terms in the middle of the move. Things became even more frustrating when we were preparing to head to my storage unit. I felt pressured to pay additional money beyond what I understood we had agreed upon. The weather also became an issue when heavy rain started pouring down while some of my belongings were exposed. Dustin did make an effort to cover my mattress and headboard, which I acknowledge, but other belongings were still getting wet, including my standing fan. Watching my belongings sitting outside in the rain made an already stressful move even worse. When I expressed that I was dissatisfied and tried to discuss what could be done to resolve the situation, I genuinely hoped we could reach an amicable solution—one where I felt I received what I paid for and he, as the business owner, could still walk away knowing the situation had been handled professionally. Unfortunately, that did not happen. Instead, the situation escalated to the point where I was told a police report would be filed. Dustin also removed items from an old dresser that I had instructed him to dispose of and placed those items in front of my vehicle at my new residence. I found the entire interaction extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. What bothered me further was hearing the situation described to the officer as though I had agreed to an hourly rate. That was not my understanding of our agreement. My understanding from my conversation with Dustin was a $270 flat rate. I never asked him for a discount. If additional charges or hourly pricing were going to apply, that should have been clearly communicated and agreed upon before the move began—not introduced while the job was already underway. In the end, I paid for a move that I do not believe was fully completed. My garage was not cleared as discussed, which means I now have to hire someone else to finish the work. This has cost me additional time, money, and at least another day dealing with my move. I would not personally recommend this company based on my experience. I would especially encourage women moving alone to have another person present, get the complete scope of work and total price in writing beforehand, and make sure there is no ambiguity about whether the quoted price is flat-rate or hourly. My advice to Dustin is simple: honor the agreement you make with your customers, or clearly communicate any limitations before accepting the job. Moving is already stressful enough. Customers should not feel blindsided by changes to pricing or the scope of work once their belongings are already loaded and the move is underway.

Dustin and his team, A+ rating! He came in and saved the day for us today (Sunday). We had a mover completely drop the ball yesterday, broke a high valued bed. What should’ve been a quick move turned into a nightmare. We had them leave big items they couldn’t figure out how to dismantle. Dustin understood the urgency and understood the assignment. He was in close communication since last night, gave a meet time - was there on time. Him and his son was able to successfully disassemble everything properly, fix what the other movers butchered and made it seamless. This was a job in Windermere. Don’t think twice hiring him - honest, trustworthy, fair pricing. Most important if he can do it he will tell you he can, if he can’t he will say he can’t !
