We are so happy with how our floors turned out. I am historically very critical and I have to say that the quality from this job was excellent!! They went above and beyond to make our house look amazing. All new floors and the stairs look perfect!! Thank you so much. We highly recommend 360 Flooring!! Bonus that they were super nice and cool and our dogs and baby loved them!
The guys from 360 Flooring were great to work with. Came in and knocked out the install of sub flooring underlayment and hard wood in our dining room in one day. Extremely responsive and helpful in making decisions on what to do in certain parts of the room. Would highly recommend!
I highly recommend you hire Marcel at 360 flooring for your flooring needs. From the moment I reached to out to 360 flooring for an estimate, Marcel was extremely professional, upfront, and personable. His estimate was extremely detailed and he was upfront about ways to save money, but also kept it real about what you need to hear vs what you want to hear with regards to flooring selection, and the prep work required (extensive leveling in the case of my project). Marcel and his brother Josh got started on the work right away, and unfortunately our project was put on pause when unexpected water damage was found. Marcel was extremely understanding and patient through out this process and still was able to fit my unit in when work was ready to proceed. Marcel and his brother Josh are very respectful, hard working, and honest. I had several other contractors by for a quote and from the moment I made contact with Marcel I felt he was the right choice, and the quality of his work speaks for itself. Thanks Marcel and Josh!
Marcel and Josh are great! They installed a beautiful hardwood hickory floor for me as well as the baseboard and we had them come back and do an 850 square foot basement. Quality work and great people! And they are very optimal with using the flooring material.
10/10 book Marcel with 360 Flooring. I received 3 estimates and am so glad I went with Marcel (he wasn’t even the cheapest option-but I knew he would do quality work). He completed my 1st floor, 1600 sq feet of LVP along with new baseboards. He also noticed that our hallway area wasn’t level and was able to efficiently do that work as well. It was so great working with Marcel and talking out options and utilizing his expertise.
360 flooring did an amazing job on my small project. He gave us a fair estimate and a lot of options. He was flexible when the plan needed to change.
The first thing that struck me about Marcel was his responsiveness. He's been a great communicator thru the whole process and was extremely responsive to my inquiries and requests. We talked about what needed to be done and came to decisions together. I told him what I wanted, he grounded the conversation in logistics and cost, and we developed an informed plan. It was great. The quality of his work was excellent too. He's a talented craftsman who takes pride in providing good solutions. In my case it was installation of an LVP floor - and the leveling that preceded it. The leveling was very involved and I have some high joists that limited what we could practically do, but he did the leveling in 3 pours and was able to flatten it well. The LVP went in smoothly, it sits down flat, and it looks great. Went so well that I also hired him to create sills for my 9 new windows, install casing around 7 door perimeters, and install about 200' of baseboard trim. He even brought in helpers to help me reach my scheduling goals. On professionalism, he was a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable, cleaned up after his crew, conscientious about minimizing the impact of construction, asked permission to leave tools hery overnight, and got the jobs done well - and at the price he quoted me. Marcel was great and id recommend him to anyone.
Fast, professional job. I was able to book within 2 weeks and Marcel install LVP for me in 3 bedrooms in one day. :) looks great!
Marcel completed a scary job for us by cutting into our existing wood floor for a hearth installation. He gave us advice on how to best complete the task so that it would look the best it could and he then proceeded to measure and check his measurement’s repeatedly to make sure everything was accurate before cutting. He did a beautiful job and we are so happy with not only his work, but also his guidance and patience working with us. We highly recommend Marcel and will be doing so ourselves with all future flooring projects. Thank you so much Marcel!
