What a great experience. After trying several firms, I settled on 3DG mainly because of their high ratings, responsiveness and very reasonable price to do the analysis and repair of my wife’s iPad. Phone was cracked 3 months later with the screen protector on that he provided. This has never happened to me before and I let him know and he offered some of the cost to fix it off but it still was a waste of my money and time all over again. When I reached out again no response for him to just fix it so I could give it to my daughter and just upgrade. He hasn’t responded since and I’m ok with that.
