Excellent service from start to finish. He was very responsive, completed the repair quickly, and did a great job replacing the posts and restoring the fence. The pricing was very fair. I would definitely hire him again.

About 3rd Coast Projects LLC
Hello I’m Vicente Soto, I’ve been working on wood fence and power washing for several years now. My main focus is to do my job as best as I can and for my customers to be happy with the work I’ve done.
Reviews
Super easy scheduling and reviewing the work needed. Started within a few days and did great work. My neighbor who split the cost with me for the repair was even impressed. Thank you so much! Would highly recommend.
Great response time from the beginning, and quality of work surpasses the value price. I Recommend this contractor anytime. ONTIME, cleans up, and does meticulously great work. Thank you
Mr. Vicente was very clear about the workmanship he would provide and what material choices I had. He notified me of the cost, his estimated arrival and he arrived on time. The gate replacement was excellent and done to my specifications. He also reinforced the gate on the inside. I would highly recommend him for any future projects.
They were excellent from start to finish. They came out promptly to provide an estimate, arrived on time, and did a great job repairing our fence. We had a few boards missing, and the fence was leaning, but they replaced two posts to stop the lean and set them in new concrete. It looks great now! We’ll definitely use them again when we’re ready for a new fence and won’t hesitate to recommend them to others.
Wow, I’m can’t recall a time I’ve had a contractor exceed my expectations the way Vicente did with my fence. He responds practically immediately, meets his time commitments and absolutely did a fabulous replacement job. He also fixed a sagging fence gate and once he stabilized it so it would stop dragging on the ground, he took the extra time to reinstall all of the hardware and hinges. He did all of this by himself and hauled all of the debris out and completely cleaned the entire work area in about 6 hours.
Highly recommend hiring 3rd Coasts Projects LLC for all of your fencing needs. Vincente was quick to respond to my inquiry and the next day came to my home to provide a free quote. He responded to my inquiry, provided a quote and completed the job all in less than one week. His work was phenomenal and we will be calling him again in the future if we need more work done!
Vicente did a wonderful job helping me bring this spring pole vision to life. I talked to many other professionals that didn’t quite understand what I was trying to do, but he understood immediately. He was reasonably priced in comparison. We worked together to figure out the right materials to get started, and he executed perfectly. My dog is extremely happy with his new spring pole! I would definitely recommend his services to anyone.
He responded right away when I reached out to him and was flexible with my timing. He came out asap to give me a reasonable quote for repairs for my repairs and stayed in contact with throughout the entire process due to unforseen weather conditions. Vincent, is the go-to guy!!! COMPLETELY SATISFIED!! Even though my job didn't require major work, he still assisted me. Go's to show. No job is too small!!!
Great work, great price. Highly recommended would use them again.
