About 3Up 3Down Pitching
My name is Bill Ayres. I have been training Baseball Pitchers for 36 years.” We teach throwers how to pitch and pitchers how to Dominate”. We video tape ALL of our lessons and do video analysis for the kids. Once the kid sees what he needs to work on, fixing mechanical issues become easy. Pitching at a High level is not difficult when you explain how easy it is! With proper mechanics injuries are very far and few. Every kid is different, which is why we DO NOT teach drills. I have seen numerous players that do very well at drills, but are unable to locate their fastball! If you want drills I am not the guy you want. If the coach does not video tape what your boy is doing….you should look for someone that does. Pitching a baseball is one of the fastest and most stressful movement any athlete can do, if you don’t video tape your just guessing and injuries will follow. We don’t guess. Have a Better than Good Day Coach Bill Ayres
