About 4AB Drone Services
Nathan Stuhlmacher is an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot, an ITC Level I Certified sUAS Thermographer (Infrared Training Center), and an instrument-rated Private Pilot. 4AB Drone Services is veteran-owned and fully insured, serving Richmond, VA and about a 2-hour radius. Thermal: radiometric thermal scans on a DJI Matrice 4T (640x512 radiometric sensor, +/-2C or +/-2% accuracy). Every pixel carries a temperature, so you get measured data, not just a colored picture. Roof moisture and insulation, heat loss, post-storm checks, solar panel hot spots, and on-call wounded deer and lost pet recovery, day or night. Imaging: real estate photo and video, 100MP stills and 6K video from the air, FPV fly-throughs, and a Nikon full-frame kit for interiors, so the aerial and ground shots come from one vendor. Commercial, construction, and event coverage too. Mapping: site models and orthomosaics with centimeter-level RTK accuracy. A 20-year Navy career set the standard: disciplined pre-flight planning, safe and compliant flights, and clear communication. Typical turnaround is 24 to 72 hours, with expedited delivery available. Let's talk about your project.
Reviews
Nathan delivered clear, crisp still photos and video covering my entire 6 acres which provided me with critical information on time, when I needed it. Professional, faster than 'on time', displayed his experience, integrity, and respect for me and the work at every turn. Communication was first rate. The price was right, too.
Nathan is an artist and amazing and so professional; well he was a navy seal!!! I’m spreading his name to everyone!! If u need a reference call me at (757) -561-5300
Highly recommend! Thank you for going above and beyond and providing us with such great photos!
I can not say enough about Nathan and 4AB Drone Services. Nathan was not only professional, on time and communicative; he was incredibly creative and knowledgeable. He made excellent recommendations, and was very open to suggestions. I have been a professional real estate agent with a major brokerage in Richmond and Charlottesville, Virginia for over 22 years. I am always on the lookout for excellent partners. I plan on using Nathan for all of my future drone and photographic needs going forward.
We did a couples photoshoot with short notice and Nathan was very respectful, communicative, and easy to work with. He was very professional and creative even suggesting poses for us to do and helping us find the right spots for pictures, as well as assisting with scheduling to make sure the atmosphere was right to take pictures. I have plans to hire him again in the near future ! Thank you for helping us!! The pictures turned out beautifully!
Very pleased with the service. Work quality was amazing and the pro was very punctual and friendly. Would highly recommend and will be using the company again in the future. Thanks
It was an absolute pleasure working with Nathan. I will definitely use him again whenever I need a professional photographer. And to add the cherry on top, he’s a vet like myself! I couldn't have asked for more!
The project consisted of shooting 50+ indoor and on-site, "flat lay" shots of 4-colour photos, posters, and artwork. Nathan came prepared in anticipation of changing ambient lighting environments. He then edited the contents. And the final product is very satisfying. I am thinking of Nathan for a drone shoot next. Prof. W. Evans (ret.)
He was very professional and quality of work was very good. Would hire again.
