Reviews
I would recommend Andre for all the odd jobs around your home. He arrived on time, quoted a fair price, performed quality work, and left the home cleaner than when he arrived. I will have him back again!
They were great. Andre called less than 5 minutes after I requested a quote, and was here 2 days later. They did great work and at a reasonable price, wiring 3 new ceiling lights for us and installing dimmer light switches. He also offers to re-sheetrock where the holes are if preferred. Will be contacting him again.
Great work. He responded immediately and fix the drain in less than 24 hours. We had multiple plumbers come out and didn't complete the job. He is our go to person from now on. Blessings.
I'm very pleased with the work performed and that I was able to be done for me the same day. Communication was excellent everystep and review the work and operation of device was very through. Highly recommend.
I wrote them and yhe same day, was able to get in contact with them and schedule something for the next day. Came in, professionally, gave best advice on materials, and got the job done and cleaned up, within an hour Also, made plans for future renovations. Great guys!
Andre and his team did an amazing job with our kitchen ceiling and upstairs bathroom after we had water mitigation tear out damage. They were professional, kInd and very hard workers. I appreciate their attention to detail and how the efficiently worked to accommodate our schedule and budget!
Andre and his coworker (sorry I don’t remember his name) were very polite and punctual. They gave me a quick quote on replacing the broken attic vent and got to work right away. When finished I was highly satisfied. Will recommend 5 Star General to friends and family and will hire these guys again. Thanks!
Their work was meticulous! They really care about their work. It's unusual and appreciated to find someone that cares about your home as much as you do!
Andre was amazing to work with. He came out and did the repairs the next day. I will hire again and highly recommend him for your future projects. Thank you again for caring and coming out so quickly to do the repair.
Andre did a great job figuring out the issue with the toilet pipe and finding the problem. I will contact him for future projects.
I am so happy with the work and my kitchen light looks great. Thank you so much!
Guy came. Broke my pipe. Charged me 200$ and left. Quoted me 2500 to replace piping. Now I have no use of my tub sink or toilet at all.
Exceptional service, helpful, and so responsive for a light adjustment with a 20 foot ceiling.
One of our tenants had an electrical issue that was unable to be resolved by several people. We reached out to the general and he was able to diagnose and resolve in just a short period of time at a reasonable rate. Definitely would use him again
Andrew and his partner were very professional. They came and completed the task efficiently and left.
Andre was able to quickly install and replace my closet shelves
Although we had a rough start in getting scheduled, Andre did everything he could to get the appointment completed when I needed the task done… even with the one task being more complicated than anticipated (hanging garage storage rack), Andre stayed and completed my two additional tasks. He was professional, neat, cleaned up after himself, and wore boot covers while inside my house. If I need additional handiwork done, I’ll be sure to contact Andre.
Andre was very polite, responsive and efficient. He was able to create an outlet behind my toilet seat with minimal cutting into the wall. He got right to work and was done within 2 hours. Highly recommend!
Andre was great. Needed help re-routing an outlet for my 85” tv. Very professional, knowledable. Has a very calm persona which shows how confident he is in his work. Did a great job.
