Wow! He was perfect! I couldn’t have asked for a better more quality experience. He showed up early and found me a parking spot for a moving truck. Efficiently unloaded my moving truck and carried up all my furniture up to my second-floor apartment using stairs. He was fast and he helped me maneuver my truck and then dropped my truck off to a truck rental place 30 min away! I paid him double because I was so grateful for how much he went out of his way but his quoted price was a bargain in the first place! If your looking for any help moving or doing other similar tasks, this is who you need to hire!!!!!!!

Outstanding service! The crew moved a full truckload of office furniture for us quickly and without a single scratch or damage. When our delivery was delayed and needed to be rescheduled, they were super understanding and returned with zero friction. I highly recommend them for any moving needs.
Nice people, but there was still dirt and grime when they were finished. Additionally I paid extra for laundry and they left the laundry in the basket. Dishes still had food on them after being “washed”. Many directions weren’t followed- maybe due to a language barrier
I had a great experience with 5 star services. We reached out to them on the eve of a blizzard and they secured a spot for us on their route in no time. They kept in contact with us throughout the next day to update us on when they were going to arrive to clear the snow for our house. They did a quality job clearing the pathways. I’ll continue to use them for snow removal services.
Alberto did not follow through with the job despite messaging me all day saying he was going to come to shovel the snow after the blizzard. At one point he stated he was going to be there within 1 hour and did not show up. When I asked him the next day if he is planning on coming to shovel the snow he said he had multiple other properties and would only be able to come late in the afternoon. Terrible service and unreliable. DO NOT hire.
We need some snow removal. 5 Star Services got in touch with us right away with a fair estimate of the job. Alberto was very attentive and ended up coming and doing the job earlier than expected, but that was great. A very thorough job was done.

I hired this team for snow removal and gave them flexibility to come any time after the snow stopped. They arrived around 11 PM. I understand that snow days are long and exhausting, but the quality of work was simply not there. They initially completely missed the paths to the corner ramps. I had to text them while they were still working just to get them to clear those areas. Even after that, the path they cleared was extremely narrow—barely wide enough for one person and definitely not compliant with local laws (which require 4 feet). The 'ramp' they eventually cleared actually led right into a curb, making it impossible for a stroller or wheelchair to pass safely. I paid $170 (including tip) but still had to go out and re-shovel the sidewalk myself to make it safe and legal. I sent a polite message with photos asking if they could fix the width, but received no response. I want to support local businesses, but I expect a usable path and better communication.
We had scheduled 6am snow plowing after the big snow storm. But at 5:45am got a text saying apparently they got into a car accident and will not be coming. Then they went completely silent. Didn’t respond to any more calls or text. Not further explanation. My elderly parents were left to deal with 18 inches of snow all on their own. This is entirely unacceptable

I used this business for Snow Removal. I was able to receive quick responses to all my messages. The work was not what I expected, and the price was reduced to accommodate the inconvenience. The price quoted was better than the others. The season is not over & I high expectations for the next time.
