Terrible communication. Paid a $25 deposit, but after confirming our initial details, he completely ghosted and failed to confirm the arrival time for our move just days before. Had to cancel and find someone else. Would not recommend.

I had a great experience with this moving company! The team was professional, on time, efficient, and handled all of my belongings with care. They made the entire moving process smooth and stress-free, and everything was completed quickly without sacrificing quality. After speaking with a few companies i decided to go with them because they said they can handle my job within the timeframe i needed. He said he’d follow up by 12pm and let me know an ETA. I messaged them 2 times and they never responded so I now am stuck scrambling to find someone else when I could’ve just hired another company if they were honest about not showing up.

Great service, met Sam and Tyrone and both guys were very professional, worked with me Throughout the process and helped problem solve any issues during my loading and packing day. Would definitely recommend these guys again. Also they go the extra mile, they dismounted my TVs and packed up loose items and boxes. Last thing, they have the most unique packing style, never seen a box truck packed with every space maximized! 10/10 service!

I hired Jay and his team for a local move of kitchen appliances. He responded quickly, the price was reasonable, and he was flexible when the date and pick-up time had to be adjusted. They arrived on time, wrapped and secured the items as requested, and delivered on time. I would hire 5 starr again.

The owner of this company is complete scum. I hired his team to move a treadmill from my garage upstairs to a room in my house. He quoted me $175 for 3 people. When the day comes, only 2 people show up, but they said they could still get the treadmill up. At some point, they decide they need to take a part the treadmill to get it upstairs. This made no sense because we could’ve done that ourselves, but again I let it go. While they are taking apart the treadmill, they legs pop out and hit my husband on the top of his head, splitting it open. I try to call everything off, because MY HUSBAND’S HEAD IS SPLIT OPEN, but they insist on going to Walmart to get a strap the carry the treadmill pieces up the stairs. When they go to Walmart I take my husband to his parents house because his mom is a nurse, and let them know the garage is open. The owners response is not even an apology for everything that has happened, but him demanding MORE MONEY because his team had to “disassemble and reassemble the treadmill and buy a strap”. How is it my responsibility for a strap when I hired you for a service you said you could do? Your men should have that equipment on them already. If you hire a plumber, do you pay for their tools? No. An absolute joke. They also did not assemble the treadmill, as they left it upstairs in 4 pieces. I had to put it back together after all of this mess. He also said the price was for 3 people, and only 2 showed up! He then had the audacity at the end to still charge me $175, saying he paid for the strap out of his pocket, which is literally HIS RESPONSIBILITY, and that I should be happy. No apology for anything that happened and they left my treadmill in a worse condition then it was when I hired them. This company is fraud and will harm you and not even care. A nightmare.

I used this service in January 2022 to load a container (pod) that I was transporting from Florida to Arizona. The workers arrive promptly. I initially communicated everything that needed to be placed in the container with emphasis on three major pieces of furniture. The workers loaded the items in the container in an inefficient way and didn't consider that objects would be moved around as the container was transported. When I highlighted this, I was told to tell the Arizona movers go be careful when opening it. Well its a month later and I'm in Arizona. We unloaded the pod a couple of days ago. As predicted, items had shifted and were all over the place. The local movers had to carefully remove items slowly as to not cause the heavier items (small sofa chase) that were thrown on top of everything to not fall forward on them. A number of my items are damaged because of their carelessness and a significant amount of time was spent unloading the container because of how items were just thrown in it. See photos of container upon opening it and additional photos of boxes. The movers completed the job in 45 minutes and seemed to be in a hurry although I was required to pay for a minimum of 2 hours. I would have preferred for them to use more time to properly load the container in a way that considered items shifting and the nature of items being transported instead of how they did things. This week, I reached out to the owner via text to communicate the damage and he has yet to respond. I wouldn’t use this service again for a cross country move.
