Our experience with Max was extremely disappointing. In our experience, he demonstrated very limited knowledge, experience, and ability with tree removal and stump grinding and appeared to be in over his head with the straight forward scope of work. He was hired to remove four small to medium sized trees, yet after approximately three weeks, the job remained incomplete with damaged neighboring fencing. We repeatedly raised concerns about the lack of progress and his apparent inability to properly complete the work. Even asked if this job was too big for him. Unfortunately, we paid upfront in good faith, partly as a gesture of support for his military service. Despite receiving payment, Max ultimately left the job site without completing the work we paid him to perform. Based on our experience, I would strongly caution others considering hiring him for most work. Clearly define the scope of work, verify his experience and capabilities beforehand, and do not pay in full until the work is satisfactorily completed.

Customer satisfaction is our main goal so don’t be afraid to tell us what you want as far as us quoting you a price that doesn’t work for you or you didn’t like the way we were doing something. Max and his crew went above & beyond to get the job done despite hard-to-access branches.
Better communication, actually give professional lawn care and not send someone randomly to homes, stick to what is quoted, and not upcharge for problems that were their fault (ie when I hire you 2.5 weeks ago, I shouldn't be upcharged for things that they saw when they were first in my yard.)
They did a fabulous job cleaning up what was a mess in the front and back yard. Weeds were very over grown and the mulch needed to be redone. They worked fast and provided quality work and did exactly what we needed. I recommend them and would use their service again!
Very unprofessional work, constantly changing price, constantly pushing for payment without completing job properly. Mulching was not done in all areas, trimming was done partially overall very poor job. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service.
Was very responsive and professional.
Max was incredibly responsive and helpful with my yard needs. He replied quickly, communicated clearly throughout the process, and made everything easy from start to finish. I really appreciated his reliability and attention to detail. Highly recommend!
Max was very responsive and did the job in a one day’s notice. Highly recommended.
Max communicated very well. He providedan an excellent quote and provided excellent service. My lawn looks amazing!
Max's was professional through the entire process from first contact through face to face meeting and then during the work. He and his team were efficient in their work process and left my grass and gardens very much improved over the way they were when the team arrived. I am very pleased with the results.
Very communicative, polite, and flexible with scheduling! I would definitely reach out for future projects.
great custome service, quick to respond, great availability.
Raked leaves in small backyard. Gave no upfront quote other than $50/hour. I didnt think it would cost more than $100 as i rake and bag the leaves there in 2 hours, but i needed to hire out do to personal reasons. They were there 2 hours and 10 minutes, and billed me $250, $50 each per hour and claimed 2.5 hours, even though an hour in they took a break and sat in their car. Missed a large percentage of leaves and used no leaf blower, just a rake. I was shocked at the bill but paid and would not recommend nor hire again. Quote should have been provided up front so it's my own fault.
Just getting quotes for a job, 614Jetzservices was very quick to reply. And super easy to work with. Helpful, and willing to work the job however I needed it.
Always very responsive
I'm very happy with the services provided by Max and his crew. I was in need of a cleanup in my yard of weeds, an overgrown shrub and some limbs that needed taken care of. I will definitely be calling them again for mulch. They were so nice and accommodating and responded within days after I called.
Maximilian and his team worked great to clean up some overgrown hedges and weedy party of my backyard. They worked diligently and were able to make it look nice
